Im lucky enough to be from the amazing city of Liverpool which gave the world such diverse and talented people as actress Kim Cattrall, author Clive Barker and music sensations The Beatles. Despite having left my hometown almost ten years ago to seek my fortune abroad, and having made my home in the equally wonderful city of Barcelona, my heart still belongs to Liverpool. I love to reference my birthplace where possible in our home and am determined that, despite the fact that my baby isnt being brought up in Britain, he wont forget his roots. I immediately fell in love with this subtly stylish string art map project, which wont look out of place as a feature of any room and can be as large or small as you like, provided you can find a map of your desired place at the size you need. My plan is to have the entire UK as the main map and then have my beloved Liverpool as the cut-out, drawing attention to both the country of my birth and what I firmly believe is the best city in it!
