I love holidays. All the decorations and merriment. I have never done a whole lot of decorating because of the obvious. Its all so expensive! I am always trying to find ways to decorate on a budget with do it yourself projects, so why shouldnt that extend to holiday decorating as well! Im so excited to be taking on several projects this year to do just that. One of my absolute favorite delights at Christmas time is all the gorgeous twinkling lights. I ride around seeking out heavily decorated neighborhoods with my kids so we can ooh and aah at all the pretty colors! We go to no less than three huge city displays and wander around with our hot chocolate and just enjoy the spectacle. I was excited to find this do it yourself lantern that would let me bring twinkling lights into my home at Christmas or anytime! Yay! It couldnt be easier, weve made one for every room in the house. We can turn off the lights and pretend to be walking in a winter wonderland! Get the super simple directions.
